CODESTATION

Implementation

Six steps — and the station is under control

This is how we roll out FuelMon, the 1C module and self-service kiosks: from site survey to go-live, without stopping sales. Station hookup — 180 000 ₸, including the controller, installation and commissioning.

How data flows

Nodes can be dragged. Press “Cut connection” to see how the controller buffers data and forwards it once the link is back.

Data from tank gauges, dispensers and the POS goes through the controller to the cloud; the owner views it in the browser.

Step-by-step implementation plan

At every step it is clear what we do, what we need from you and what result you get. The order matters: try placing installation before the site survey on the board — the chain will not connect.

The chain is assembled correctly: the signal reaches ongoing support and the station is under control.
  1. 1

    Site survey

    We do

We check which tank gauges (ATG), fuel dispensers and controllers are already installed, and how the tanks and connectivity are set up. We prepare a wiring diagram and a commercial proposal with timelines.

    We need from you

Site access and a point of contact. Tank passports and calibration charts, if available.

    Result

A clear estimate and plan: what we connect, what needs to be purchased, and how long it takes.

  2. 2

    Contract and preparation

    We do

We configure the FuelMon controller for your equipment, prepare the drivers (17 models of tank gauges and fuel dispensers supported) and agree on a work window.

    We need from you

A signed contract, internet at the station, and a power outlet for the controller.

    Result

Equipment and crew are ready to go on site on the agreed day.

  3. 3

    Installation and hookup

    We do

We connect the controller to the tank gauges and fuel dispensers and verify readings for every tank and pump. The station keeps operating the whole time.

    We need from you

A responsible person on site on the day of the work.

    Result

Station data flows to the cloud, and readings match manual measurements.

  4. 4

    Cloud, POS and kiosk setup

    We do

We set up stations and tanks, calibration charts, users and alerts. For the 1C module: fiscalization, fiscal data operator (OFD) and payment acceptance; for the kiosk: payments, fuel coupons and interface languages.

    We need from you

A list of users and their roles, OFD and acquiring details, and your pricing policy.

    Result

The owner sees stock, sales and alerts; the POS and kiosk issue receipts in compliance with Kazakhstan law.

  5. 5

    Training and go-live

    We do

We train operators and the manager, and walk through the first tanker delivery and the first shift together. During the first days we keep the station under close watch.

    We need from you

One to two hours of staff time for training.

    Result

The station runs in the new mode, with all questions resolved on site.

  6. 6

    Ongoing support

    We do

Support, cloud updates, new equipment drivers, help with reports and alert analysis — all included in the subscription.

    We need from you

Let us know about new equipment and changes at the station.

    Result

The system lives and grows together with your network.

What to prepare for the site survey

The more we know in advance, the more accurate the estimate and the shorter the visit. None of this is mandatory — we can collect it on site.

  • Models of tank gauges, fuel dispensers and controllers at the station (photos of the nameplates are enough)
  • Tank passports and calibration charts
  • Internet at the station and a place for the controller
  • OFD and acquiring details — for the POS and kiosk
  • A point of contact who will be available on the day of the work

We have already converted an operating fuel station to self-service — read the case study (in Russian).
