What is an unattended fuel station?

A station where the customer pays and refuels on their own through a self-service kiosk: they select the fuel, pay by card or Kaspi QR, and the dispenser delivers the preset amount automatically. No cashier shift is needed, and the receipt is sent to the fiscal data operator (OFD).

Which languages does the kiosk support?

The interface is available in four languages: Kazakh, Russian, English and Chinese. The customer picks the language right on the screen, which is convenient on highways with transit and tourist traffic.

How are receipts issued without a cashier?

Every sale is fiscalized automatically and transmitted to the fiscal data operator (OFD) as required by the laws of Kazakhstan; the kiosk prints the receipt at the station.

Can an existing fuel station be converted to self-service?

Yes. The kiosk connects to the station's fuel dispensers: we survey the equipment, quote a timeline and convert the station to self-service. We have already completed such a rollout, and the station is running in production.

What does the owner get?

Sales 24/7 with no cashier shift costs, fewer POS errors and control from the cloud: prices, tank stock and the transaction log are visible remotely, together with FuelMon monitoring.

Are coupons and corporate cards supported?

Yes: the kiosk redeems paper fuel coupons and works with spending limits on corporate cards for business customers.
