Such a shelf label connects to the store's accounting system, and when the price changes in 1C, Set Retail or an Excel export, the image on the screen updates automatically — in three seconds and with no staff involvement. The ESL system is complemented by a base station: one serves up to a thousand labels within a radius of up to 30 meters.
